Return & Refund Policy – SNA Shopping Mall

At SNA Shopping Mall, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

This Return & Refund Policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product was purchased within the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product is unused, unworn, and undamaged
  • The product has the receipt or proof of purchase
  • All tags, barcodes, labels, and accessories are intact

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care items (innerwear, cosmetics, grooming products)
  • Digital/downloadable products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or clearance items (unless defective/damaged)

2. Return Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your return.

  • If approved, your return will be processed for refund or replacement
  • If rejected (due to policy violation), the item may be sent back to you

3. Refund Process

Approval & Refund Initiation

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method:

  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • UPI
  • Net Banking / Bank Transfer

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer only. You will be required to provide valid bank account details.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Defective / Incorrect Items: Return shipping will be fully borne by SNA Shopping Mall
  • Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items showing signs of use or wear
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit/debit card provider (processing delays may occur)
  3. Contact your bank for confirmation

8. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance/special promotions are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
